Yoga Fundamentals Workshop

Discover the benefits of yoga, breath, basic postures & philosophy! Learn the basics of a modern yoga practice with foundational yoga postures & alignment principles that will give you the tools to grow your personal practice. Expect detailed instructions, hands on assists, and demonstration. Class is 90 minutes with discussion, 60 min practice and time for Q&A!

$75 for 4 week series. Join us either Saturday & Sunday – 12:00pm-1:30pm
