…I started practicing yoga regularly a couple years ago and fell in love. I knew this practice would be something that would change my life, and it did. After I took yoga teacher training and received my 200-hour certification, my love for this practice grew stronger. I have found that teaching yoga allows me to guide my students to let things go, and to just breathe. This practice is one of the most beautiful things in the world and I have never been so at peace. I come to my mat to let things go, to be fully present, and to take time for myself. I welcome anyone who has ever even thought about trying yoga to just try it. Embrace the journey. Shanti!
