Useful booking tips:
- Book in advanced using the registration links below or on the Mindbody app available for download on your Android or Apple device.
- You can easily sign-up, reserve a spot, and pay for our available classes, listed on the schedule below, online through Mindbody.
- Mindbody reflects our most up to date schedule – double check for any schedule changes regarding teacher substitutes, weather, moon days, etc.
- Use the filter on the right hand side below to search for class type, studio locations, time slots, and instructor.
- Arrive 15 minutes at least early to class to ensure your spot.
- Even if you are registered for a class, please arrive early – spots will become released to the waitlist 5 minutes prior to class starting.
- You are always welcome to call the studio (see contact page for numbers) if you’re running late, and we’ll put down a mat for you!
- Please provide a valid email address when registering – we will use this to contact you if your ever waitlisted for a class.
First-timers, there is no need to register online before you come in, though it’s awfully nice if you do. Either way, please arrive fifteen or more minutes early to get signed in, hear our little speech, get acclimated to the studio layout, and pick out your new favorite spot in the hot room.
