Fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga

Explore the basics of vinyasa yoga postures and flow. Learn more about specific postures–including alignment and modifications. Learn how to transition most effectively and safely into and out of postures–or how to modify or adjust transitions. Students will gain an understanding of how a vinyasa class is structured and the benefits to his or her body, breath and practice. Our goal is for students to come away feeling more confident and less intimidated when attending this style of class.
